OUR PROCESS
1. SCHEDULE
After you schedule an appointment through our website or by phone, you will receive new patient paperwork to complete online or print and bring to your first appointment. This will save 15 minutes in our office. Upon arrival, we will welcome you with tea (coffee, or water 😊) and guide you through a tour of our office.
2. CONSULTATION
We will discuss your health history, current concerns and goals. Dr. Raya will explain what neurologically based, principled chiropractic care is, and how it can remove nerve interference to support your body’s innate ability to heal. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions, gain better understanding of your health and learn more about Profound Chiropractic.
3. ASSESSMENTS
We will perform neurological and spinal assessments to evaluate the location and severity of stress and nerve interference within your nervous system and spine. You will receive a heart rate variability assessment that will allow us to assess how well you are able to adapt to internal and external stressors. Our assessments identify the root cause of dysfunction to help provide you with the best possible care.
4. DOCTORS REPORT
After your first appointment will be your Doctor’s Report aka “Orientation”. We will explain heath, chiropractic, our technique, expectations for care, and outline how to get the most out of your chiropractic care.
5. REPORT OF FINDINGS
Following your Doctor’s Report, Dr. Raya will sit with you to review the findings and results from your assessments. She will present you and your loved ones with an individualized care plan recommendation specific to your needs and current goals.
6. FIRST ADJUSTMENT
After your Report of Findings, you have the opportunity to receive your first adjustment from Dr. Raya. Our technique is gentle and specific and can benefit anyone from newborns to seniors, and everyone in between.
